From first call to support, step by step

Each stage has a fixed output you can hold us to, so you always know what you're signing off and what comes next.

    Audit (Free 30-min Discovery)

    Senior consultant maps your processes, current stack, pain points and the fastest path to ROI. Output: written diagnostic with the smallest viable Odoo scope.

  2. Week 1

    Demo (Customized)

    Live Odoo flow customized for your industry: we wire up 2–3 of your real-world flows in a sandbox so you see exactly how the system fits before committing.

  3. Week 1–2

    Roadmap (Written, Fixed-Price)

    Written implementation roadmap: module map, customization scope, integrations, milestones, timeline and fixed-scope pricing. No 'time and materials' surprises.

  4. 8–14 weeks

    Build & Migrate (Sprint-Based)

    Sprint-based delivery with weekly demos. Data migration runs in parallel with custom-module and integration development. You review and sign off every two weeks.

  5. 1 weekend

    Go-Live (Rehearsed Cutover)

    Production cutover with a rehearsed rollback plan and dedicated senior consultant on-site or on-call. Hypercare coverage starts at go-live + 1 minute.

    24/7 functional and technical support with SLA-backed response times. Quarterly optimization sprints and a long-term roadmap as your business scales.

    Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline

    We commit to all three in writing during the roadmap phase. Scope changes are quoted separately and approved before work starts.

    No juniors hidden on your invoice. Every consultant assigned to your project is Odoo-certified with 5+ years of delivery experience.

    Weekly demos, not monthly status reports

Frequently asked questions

What if our requirements change mid-project?

Scope changes happen on every project. We handle them with a written change request: scope, impact on timeline, impact on price. You approve before we start work on the change. No surprise invoices.

How do you handle disagreements with our team?

We escalate, not avoid. Senior consultants are empowered to push back when a requested change will hurt outcomes. We document the disagreement, your decision, and the trade-off, and ship what you decide.

What if a senior consultant leaves mid-project?

Every engagement has a primary delivery lead + secondary as backup. Plus all configuration is versioned in Git. Continuity is structurally built in.

Do you offer agile / fixed-scope hybrid?

Yes, it's a common pattern. We fix scope on the foundational ERP backbone (Phase 1 modules) and run agile on the secondary phase (integrations, mobile apps, AI features) once the core is stable.

What's included in the 30-day hypercare?

24/7 senior consultant on-call, daily check-ins with your finance/ops team, all bugs fixed within 24 hours, performance optimization, training top-ups for users who struggled at go-live.

Can we audit your code and processes?

Yes. All custom code is in a Git repo you own. Our delivery framework documentation, ISO 27001 alignment doc, and security controls are available under NDA.
