The challenge
Enabl Health equips independent health professionals with tools for running their practices, and its own operations were straining under data volume. Invoicing had to reflect different rates for weekdays, weekends, and holidays, but timesheet capture was manual and the portals doctors and patients relied on were not built for mobile.

Our approach
iVentureTeam started with a data cleanup across five modules, then extended Odoo's Timesheet, Payroll, and Portal layers so billing rules and user self-service were native to the system.
Rate-aware time tracking and billing
- Automated timesheet classification by day type, driving the correct billing-rate calculation per entry
- Start/stop timer features with automatic time calculation from timestamps
- Reworked the invoice-creation flow to map accurate times and rates onto invoice lines
- Cleaned legacy data across sales, timesheets, invoices, payslips, and user records
Doctor and patient portal redesign
- Role-based portal views for doctors and patients with appointment visibility
- Fully responsive portal layouts for Android and iOS devices
- Editable timesheet entries, document uploads, and customized reports inside the portal
- Client-facing website built with the Odoo Website drag-and-drop builder
Cloud deployment and support
- Deployed and configured Odoo.sh with separate staging and production branches for safe CI/CD
- Ongoing support and bug fixes driven by real-time client feedback

Billing at Enabl Health now flows straight from tracked time to correctly rated invoices, and the portal experience matches how clinicians and patients actually work — on their phones.
