Senior Odoo Functional Consultant
Lead Odoo implementations end-to-end — discovery, blueprint, sprint demos, cutover, hypercare. You own the client relationship, not a ticket queue.
Senior Odoo Developer (Python / OWL)
Build custom Odoo modules, port legacy code to OWL, design integrations that survive version upgrades. Deep Odoo internals, not surface-level configuration.
AI / LLM Engineer
Ship LLM-powered features on top of Odoo, ERPNext and Zoho — RAG, agents, document automation. Production systems with real users, not demos.
DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes + Odoo)
Run our Kubernetes-based Odoo hosting platform — the Odoo.sh equivalent we operate for clients. Terraform, ArgoCD, and an observability stack you get to design.
Project Manager — ERP Delivery
Manage 3–5 concurrent Odoo and ERPNext implementations. Agile/waterfall hybrids, real scope control, and clients who trust your status reports.
Mobile Engineer (React Native + Flutter)
Build mobile apps for ERP clients — field service, sales, driver and executive dashboards. Cross-platform, offline-first, used by people with bad connectivity.

Frequently asked questions
Do you hire freshers / juniors?
Selectively, and only in pairing roles — they shadow senior consultants on real projects but never lead client engagements. We expect them to grow into independent senior roles within 18–24 months.
Do you offer remote or hybrid roles?
No. Every role at iVentureTeam is full-time and on-site at our Ahmedabad office — we don't offer remote or hybrid positions for any team. If you're not in Ahmedabad, you're welcome to apply, but the role assumes you'll relocate. Client travel within India happens on most delivery projects.
What does the interview process look like?
Three rounds: (1) 45-min screening with a senior consultant, (2) Technical / functional deep dive with two seniors, (3) Founder conversation on values and ownership. Total 3–4 hours, decision within 72 hours of the final round.
Do you sponsor visas?
No. All our roles are based at our Ahmedabad office, and we hire only candidates who already have the right to work in India.
What's the compensation structure?
Top-quartile base + performance bonus tied to project outcomes + skill-development budget (₹50k/year for certifications, courses, conferences) + premium health insurance + 30 days PTO.
