Right-click on an article in the sidebar tree to change its settings.

In plain words

Right-click an article in the Knowledge sidebar to open its quick menu: open in a new tab, add to favorites, share, rename, move, copy or send to trash. The same menu also opens from the new three-dot button on each row.

Where to find it

  1. Open Knowledge.
  2. Right-click any article in the sidebar.

For users

Article actions are one right-click away in the sidebar, without opening the article first.

For developers

The sidebar row (SidebarRow) now owns a Dropdown with useDropdownState, opened by t-on-contextmenu. A new RenamePopover handles in-place renaming.
